Thank you for taking our survey!

Community feedback helps shape our upcoming construction contracts and informs our process for inclusive and meaningful engagement throughout the life of the project. Responses to our pre-construction survey will be summarized in our 60% design engagement summary, anticipated to be published by summer 2023. Public input is incorporated into design based on feasibility as well as budget, future development, and jurisdictional requirements allow.

The program is also planning for engagement opportunities for later in 2023.

Did you miss the spring 2023 public meetings?

The project team hosted drop-in sessions in March and April 2023 to share the latest design plans for the Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Seattle-Shoreline, and Bothell segment. Attendees were able to learn more about the design in their neighborhood, talk to subject matter experts, and share their thoughts with project staff. The design plans for the Shoreline-Seattle, Lake Forest Park, and Kenmore segment are available below, please note they are large files and may take time to load.

What’s next for the project?

In the upcoming design phase, the project team will:

  • Finalize the design of roadways and sidewalks.
  • Finalize station design and integration of public art.
  • Prepare for construction.
  • Obtain land use, environmental, and construction permits.
  • Continue the property acquisition process.
  • Continue engaging with the public, community groups, businesses, and elected officials to inform about design and construction plans.
